Shipping policy
Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates We charge a $5.99 shipping fee on all orders. Orders over $45 ship free! 🎉
Delivery Times We ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pre-Order Shipping Pre-order items are paid for at the time of purchase and ship as soon as they arrive in our hands — currently estimated at 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order goes out the door.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the complete order and ship everything together unless you contact us to request otherwise. Please reach out to us at hello@helloscrubby.com if you'd like your in-stock items shipped separately.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your Scrubby's journey right to your door.
Lost or Stolen Packages Hello Scrubby is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate your package, reach out to us at hello@helloscrubby.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hello Scrubby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@helloscrubby.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
