How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders. Orders over $45 ship free!

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're working on it!

How do I care for my Hello Scrubby?

Rinse thoroughly after each use and allow to dry completely between uses. To sanitize, pop it in the top rack of your dishwasher or microwave it (wet) for 60 seconds.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Scrubbies! If something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Contact us here.

What is a pre-order?

Some of our designs are so fresh they're still on their way to us! Pre-order items are paid for upfront and ship as soon as they arrive — currently estimated at 6–8 weeks. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship everything together unless you contact us to request otherwise.
