Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders. Orders over $45 ship free! 🎉
How long will it take to receive my order? In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS.
Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're working on it!
Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order? Some of our designs are so fresh they're still on their way to us! Pre-order items are paid for upfront and ship as soon as they arrive in our hands — currently estimated at 6-8 weeks.
Will my in-stock and pre-order items ship together? If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold the full order and ship everything together unless you contact us to request otherwise.
How will I know when my pre-order ships? You'll get an email with tracking information the moment your order goes out the door.
Products
How do I care for my Hello Scrubby? Rinse your Scrubby thoroughly after each use and allow it to dry completely between uses. To sanitize, pop it in the top rack of your dishwasher or microwave it (wet) for 60 seconds. Replace when worn — we won't judge you for stocking up. 😄
Are Hello Scrubby sponges safe for all surfaces? Our sponges are safe for most kitchen surfaces including dishes, pots, pans, and countertops. We recommend testing on a small area first for delicate or non-stick surfaces.
Are they just for the kitchen? Technically no — but we'll let you discover that on your own. 😉
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your Scrubbies! If something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different design? Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items. But if you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we've got you covered — just contact us.
