Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@helloscrubby.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly — no hassle, no drama.

Returns Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us and we'll take care of you right away.

Pre-Order Cancellations Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, we are unable to process a cancellation. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at hello@helloscrubby.com with your order number.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refund: gift cards, opened or used sponges, and items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Handmade Variation Policy Each Hello Scrubby is handmade with love, which means slight variations in color, shape, and texture are completely normal and are not considered defects. Product images are digital renderings and your actual Scrubby may vary slightly. These variations are part of what makes your Scrubby uniquely yours and are not eligible for return or exchange.
